Stephen Kennedy, Chris Brown and Holger Zipfel have purchased a majority shareholding in MTL. We all will ensure that the company remains NZ owned and operated, providing continuity of services and certainty for our staff, project partners and clients. The founders will remain part of the business, ensuring a smooth transition from the last 25 years of a family owned business to the next 25 years of an employee owned business.
