Two weeks ago, Grace de Gracia, one of our mechanical designers, attended the Advancing Women in Engineering & Construction symposium. The AWEC NZ symposium was largely based on Diversity & Inclusion. Grace thoroughly enjoyed being in the company of hundreds of other wāhine. Grace has come back full of ideas and we are excited to see how they will help shape MTL.
