Project management skills are a key part of the package we offer. As well as providing mechanical engineering expertise to the highest international standards, we will also work closely with associated companies to provide electrical, civil and automation capabilities. It’s a partnership approach that lets us draw on the most appropriate technical skills, to the ultimate benefit of our clients.

The process starts from the first day MTL is called in to discuss a project. We will ensure a meeting is set up to agree on the scope, timetable, deliverables and budgets. We also take responsibility for putting together the project team, engaging specialist consultants, and making sure the team delivers. Regular meetings and weekly or monthly reports complete the picture.
