MTL was founded by Chris Mann in 1994. In June 2010, MTL commenced offering civil and structural consulting engineering services alongside of the mechanical engineering, process and project management services. Our personnel have significant experience with the design, construction, operation, maintenance and controls required for power, process industries or building works in New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada, Britain, Italy, Africa, South East Asia and Papua New Guinea. This wide-ranging experience allows us to tailor the deliverables to ensure a successful outcome. We know how to communicate with operators, maintenance and trades personnel, process engineers, middle and senior management, as well as contractors, other consultants and local government officials at every level.
